This product is made from natural wood and shark skin (extra quality). It keeps the natural flavour of the foods.
Way of use:
When grating the horseradish, start from the leaf side and grate in circles. A creamy paste will be made, proportioning a stronger taste.
Right after using the grater, keep it washed and drying in shadow.
Do not keep the grater immersed, avoiding the skin from being detached from the wood.
