Written as "Ha-no-Michi" (Blade's Path), it is pronounced "HADO." In Japan, "Michi" (Path) refers to the diligent attitude of steadily progressing, as seen in arts like Chado (tea ceremony), Kado (flower arrangement), and Budo (martial arts).

It means taking one step at a time, aiming for the pinnacle of excellence. With the concept of "monozukuri no tamashii" (the soul of craftsmanship), we develop products that "proudly walk the blade's path," never forgetting our pride as craftsmen.

We use Shirogami No.1 for the blade, which boasts the ultimate sharpness, despite the difficulty of production that only a handful of highly skilled blacksmiths can handle.

The blade, forged and quenched by Yoshikazu Tanaka, a traditional craftsman from Sakai, is then ground by the sharpener, Tadao Maruyama.

The "Junpaku" (Pure White) series uses a core of Shirogami No.1, wrapped in soft stainless steel, which not only provides exceptional sharpness but also enhances ease of maintenance.

Equipped with a traditional buffalo horn bolster and a magnolia octagonal handle, this model embodies the essence of Japanese double-edged knives.
