Miura Obidama is an original product of Miura Cutlery Shop, crafted by Satoshi Nakagawa, a disciple of Sakai, Osaka's master craftsman Kenichi Shiraki, who earned the nationaly recognized title of Traditional Craftsman in his thirties.

From carbon steel to stainless steel and even full-fired ceramics, the advanced techniques are applied across a wide range of materials.
